Teknicraft is designing a new foil supported aluminium catamaran for the US Army Corps of Engineers.

The 62 foot waterjet propelled vessel will have a cruising speed of 32 knots and a maximum speed of over 38 knots. Equipment fitted to the working deck will include an A-Frame and winch, a crane and a survey transducer moon pool with retractable strut.

The vessel is scheduled to be delivered in October 2012 to its operational area around Jacksonville, Florida in the United States.
